Chris Ballard
Mr. Ballard grew up in poverty in the small Central Valley town of Wasco, California. After being mentored by his high school football coach, he went to college and received degrees in Political Science and Business Administration at Fresno State. After college, he ran a non-profit organization as a Community Organizer, and then went on to Chair the City of Wasco's Planning Commission - being the first African-American and youngest in the state of California to do so. He is currently in his final year of law school at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and sitting for the July 2016 California Bar Exam.
He is excited about our future and the role our youth will play in making it brighter and better for everyone. He believes that anyone can make it in life, it doesn't matter where you come from, what matters is where you are going.
Dr. Tom Jones
Dr. Tom E. Jones has spent three decades in consulting with Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike striving to create workplaces where Doers are highly prized. Jones holds a Doctoral degree in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco. He has taught at six universities and currently lectures on the Principles of Management for the College of Business at California State University, Monterey Bay.
